The Kneepad Making My Workouts Infinitely More Comfortable

While I was house sitting, I was working out in their home gym, and I was getting MAD. Not at the house or the owners or their fully appointed gym — I was pissed at my knees. There was no way I could have my knees on the ground and not be incredibly uncomfortable. This is something I deal with at home too, and I usually muscle through it, but away from home, trying to do a Tunde upper body strength class on my iPad Mini, I reached my breaking point. I paused the app midworkout and ordered a kneepad on Amazon. Sure, it would be delivered to my house, where I was not, but I’d be prepared for future workouts, and I would hopefully never have to experience that knee pain again.

I don’t know if it’s arthritis or hypermobility or a combination of the two, but I need serious padding under my knees. I’ve tried a folded towel, I’ve tried two folded towels, I’ve even grabbed a throw pillow off my couch, nothing helps. Until I got a Gorilla Grip Extra Thick Knee Pad.

It is exactly what I needed. Now I can do workouts and stretches and not have to factor in distracting, uncomfortable knee pain. Gorilla Grip Knee Pads are available in 11 different colors — I got green because it was the cheapest at $13 — to match whatever aesthetic you’re working with. The pad is perfectly sized for one knee or both knees close together, but if you’re wanting knee support while in a wider stance, you may need two.

The pad is thick and dense, so much so that there is no weight limit, and the pad will last for years without wearing down. If you get particularly sweaty while using this pad, it can easily be cleaned with a Clorox wipe or something similar.

The Gorilla Grip Knee Pad is SO perfect for me, I’m kinda mad I didn’t’ get one three years ago when I started working out at home.
