Wear, Watch, Want #291: The Twisted Sandworm Treat Edition

Wear: Treat Pouch

There are a million versions of your standard training treat pouch, but I got this one, and it’s been great for dog walks. I have two dogs that both need to improve their walking manners, and this pouch stays put, even when it’s clipped precariously to my leggings. And treats stay in it whether the drawstring is open or closed. AND it’s low profile enough that I don’t worry I look like an idiot with a whole training setup while failing to train my dog to not walk herself (aka put her leash in her mouth and confidently pull me along behind her).

Watch: Twister and Twisters in 4DX

Last Saturday I saw Twister in 4DX, then I went back Sunday to see Twisters in 4DX. There is no other way to satisfyingly see Twisters, and I haven’t seen Twister in a theater since 1996 and oh MAN, it really cannot be said enough that movies in the 90s were just… great. The score of Twister slaps! The actors have normal faces and normal TEETH! The 113 minute runtime! I’d already seen Twisters in a non-4DX theater a few weeks earlier, and it was better in every way the second time. I will say, they pushed it with Twisters 4DX programming — I really think we may have benefitted from seatbelts, and I texted a friend I went with afterward and warned we might have CTE.

Want: Sandworm Nails

Now that I’m a press-on nail gworl, I’m shopping for them non-stop. And it’s a good thing, because otherwise I might not have found these Beetlejuice Beetlejuice tie-in sandworm nails from Glamnetic.
