Bra PSA: Did You Know About True & Co Full Cup Bras??

There are certain items of clothing I just don’t think about buying. Then, when I finally get around to buying new underwear/socks/bras and wear them, my reaction is always, “Hang on, THIS is what this is supposed to feel like??” You would think this regular revelation would make me purchase new underpinnings more often, but no. I immediately forget and the cycle begins anew.

I’m not posting a photo of ME in a bra so here is a beautiful model wearing my favorite True & Co bra

I haven’t bought replacements for my favorite True & Co bras in years. I knew they moved all their online sales to Amazon a few years ago, and during Prime Day I had the sudden realization that because of that partnership, True & Co bras might be on sale. They WERE on sale, 30% off, and it was only then that I found out True & Co had introduced a full cup option to most of their bras. The bras I have are fine, but I was intrigued by the full cup, which was recommended for my size (36F and I will not be posting pictures of me in a bra but thanks for your interest!). I ordered two of my faves, both in a large full cup, and waited to see if they changed my life.

The maroon bra on the top is a large with standard cups, the teal on the bottom is a large with full cups

The answer? Kinda! The funny thing about the full cups is that they don’t fit in the bras (at least not the mesh convertible that I prefer) when the bras are laying flat, but when you put them on, magic happens. The coverage is significantly better than in the standard fit, and there is actual, noticeable LIFT. The bosoms are right where I want them, and the fit is just as, if not MORE comfortable than with the standard cup.

Inside view. Laid flat, the full cups don’t really fit in the bra, but on, they’re perfect

I honestly couldn’t tell you when I’ll buy bras next, but I CAN tell you that when I buy True & Co, I’m going full cup from now on.
