I Can Never Be Without This Game Changing Moisturizer Ever Again

Now that I know it’s legit, I think I might be addicted to buying beauty products direct from Asia through Stylevana. And becasue it takes forever to get to me, I like to get a lot in an order. I scroll through the site, I cross reference with reddit threads and reviews, and I (figuratively) throw a bunch of stuff in my cart “just to try.” I end up with what I wanted in the first place, some things that are okay, and some new favorites. Plus, because I receive my stuff a month after I ordered it, it’s like a fun surprise when I actually open the box. I’ve only gotten one thing so far that I didn’t love, and it’s not because it’s bad, it’s because it came in an order that contained something I love so much, I can never be without it again.

Etude House Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream is my new obsession. It’s perfect. I know Etude House as a makeup company more than a skincare company, so when I started reading reviews about how this moisturizer is incredible and life changing I thought, “Yeah, okay, I guess you haven’t heard of a little thing called CeraVe??” I really did not believe that this could be anything special. And still I ordered it, because I cannot resist the temptation of a rave skincare review.

It’s lightweight, but gives intense moisture. It absorbs completely and quickly so you forget it’s even on, until you notice your skin looks more supple, more healthy, just more. It seems like CeraVe, but after using it for a week, you realize this is CeraVe on steroids. Plus, it’s made with 93% naturally derived ingredients, so if you’ve got a sensitive widdle face, this might be your holy grail moisturizer.

And the bottle is ingenious. I’ve never seen anything like this before (maybe this is on every tube in Korea, but it’s new to me). The lid seems like a normal lid for any old tube, but then you try to squeeze out product and you get nothing. You have to turn the cap to unlock it, then the moisturizer comes out in a little ring, like this:

Anyone who has traveled and ended up with lotion all over the inside of their suitcase, makeup case, or the plastic baggie filled with all your other liquids knows that this is LIFE CHANGING. I don’t know why it comes out in a ring, but it’s cool and I love novelty.

If you have sensitive skin, dry skin… you know what? If you HAVE SKIN, you need this stuff in your life immediately. It’s cheaper on Stylevana than anywhere else I’ve seen (and you can get a two pack! Or more!), but it’s also sold on Soko Glam if you want to get it ASAP, but pay a little more.
