Wear, Watch, Want #10: The Costume Jewelry Murder Edition
Wear: Anthropologie Crescent Moon Hoops
I first saw these hoops at Anthropologie when I was there to buy a dress that had recently gone on sale. I didn't buy them, because even though I knew they were exactly my style and something I would get a ton of wear out of, I was experiencing a temporary bout of indecisiveness. The next time I was at Anthro, I swore I wasn't leaving without them. I held up my end of the bargain and brought these earrings home, and just like I thought, I've been wearing them almost constantly since then. They're the perfect size, are hefty enough to feel substantial, yet light enough that you forget you're wearing them, and just visually interesting enough to be more than your basic hoops. In short, they're the perfect everyday earrings.
Watch: How To Get Away With Murder
Is it too soon to proclaim my love for How To Get Away With Murder? I mean, it's been four episodes, but what a four episodes, am I right?! I find this show so completely addictive. My desire to see the next part of the mystery unfold is so strong that I get a little upset when the show ends each week. It's perfect mix of suck you in drama mixed with what the hell shenanigans and a splash of "This is ridiculous, but in a way that I'm SO into" silliness that can only come from Shondaland.
Want: A Boston Terrier In a Halloween Costume
Hero will not tolerate any kind of clothing. He wouldn't walk outside in a sweater that the VET said he should wear in the winter, so the odds of him wearing a halloween costume are pretty slim. I love dogs in costumes, but only if those dogs seem to remotely enjoy being IN costume. This is why Hero has never had a halloween costume, and perhaps never will. Still, every year I look at dogs in costume and ooh and awww and think about what I would dress Hero in, were I completely oblivious to his happiness (or lack thereof).
