I Gave My Favorite Cleaning Tool an Upgrade, and Now I’m an Unstoppable Clean Machine

I’ve had a Rubbermaid Reveal Power Scrubber for years and years, and I’ve even written about it here, but for years I’ve only had one brush head, and that one was barely surviving. One million years ago, when I first bought my Power Scrubber, it came with two heads - one flat and one pointy - AND you could buy just the brush heads, so you wouldn’t have to replace the whole thing when the brush wore out. I looked for those extra brush heads for years, and now not only is it hard to find the replacement brush heads, they also don’t sell the Power Scrubber with two heads! Only the flat one! (I did find, and buy, one with two brush heads, but as of this writing it’s no longer on Amazon.)

I was cleaning my shower one week, and trying to get into this very tricky area. I have a glass panel on the side of my shower, and underneath the glass, where it meets the tile, I get that pinky-orange scum. You know what I’m talking about. And the only way to really scrub at it is with the Power Scrubber (I’ve tried a toothbrush, my hands can’t take it), BUT ideally it would be with the pointy brush that can really get in there. The pointy brush that I no longer have. I try my best to angle the flat brush head in there, but it’s not the same. I was attempting again to wrestle the brush in this tiny area when I said, “ENOUGH!” and opened Amazon and not only ordered a new Power Scrubber, but I also got a package of different brush heads.

Now I have four Power Scrubber brush heads to choose from, and I’m so glad I treated myself to an upgrade. I didn’t realize it until I got a new one, but my old Power Scrubber was losing power! This new brush is fast! And with my arsenal of different attachments, I’m able to scrub anything.
