Firm Up! Is a Dietary Savior That My Dog Absolutely Loves

I care deeply about the health of my dog, and that’s why I’m always paying close attention to his poop. Poop is the window to all health! If something’s up with the poop, something’s up with the dog. Anyway, my obsession with poop (and a dog that had poop issues for A YEAR) led me to Firm Up!, and it is the most amazing, wonderful invention.

It’s literally just dehydrated pumpkin (and some pectin, I assume for binding purposes, IDK). I have NEVER had success with canned pumpkin as a canine tummy soother. Plus, you open a whole can and use like, a quarter cup AT MOST, and then you have to store the rest, and hope you use the whole can, but you never do… it’s a whole thing. Firm Up! won’t go bad, it’s tidy, it’s easy, and it actually WORKS.

Gus wasn’t finishing his food right away, and he was having some poo issues, so I started adding some Firm Up! to his food - he greedily ate it all up right away. I ended up changing his food, but I still sprinkle a small amount of Firm Up! over every meal, partly for digestive health but also because he thinks it’s a gourmet treat and it gets him to eat every last bite and lick the bowl clean. Needless to say, the poops are PERFECT.

I keep my Firm Up! in an airtight canister with a little scoop (I never use a whole scoop, that thing is huge) and sprinkle maybe 1/2 teaspoon over his kibble, add some water, and stir it up. It’s so easy, it helps keep my dog’s little tummy happy, AND it gets him to eat every last bite of food. I will ALWAYS keep Firm Up! on hand.
