The Body Scrub With Well-Deserved Hype
I’ve seen Tree Hut scrubs on many a TikTok, and I never thought much about it. A body scrub is a body scrub, right? I did know that Tree Hut had a large following, and that people even collected the body scrubs. The greatest shower influencer, Amber, has a whole collection of Tree Hut scrubs and other bath products. (I imagine she smells absolutely incredible all the time.)
But while I love being near people who smell like a tropical sunrise or a strawberry field or an orange grove, I don’t like it for myself. I’d smell great, sure, but it just wouldn’t suit my personality. I assumed Tree Hut was like Bath and Body Works and everything was very strong and scented and fruity. Then I saw a TikTok from Kayleigh, AKA Snack Momma, where she used Tree Hut scrub in ROSE.

Now this is more my style. Some people don’t like rose scents. Some people are wrong.
Anyway, the next time I was at Target I got myself a Tree Hut Scrub in Moroccan Rose and now I get it. I GET THE HYPE. This is not just some body scrub! It’s thick! The scent isn’t too much or too little! It leaves your skin feeling fresh and nourished! The next time I was at Target I got Exotic Blossom, and I didn’t notice this with my first purchase but LOOK at how they fill these containers! Tree Hut is GENEROUS. Tree Hut believes you should get the amount of product advertised on the package AND THEN SOME.
I used to make my own body scrub, but this is easier and smells better. The one thing I did really like about making my own body scrub was that it was thick enough that I could turn the jar over to get out any water, without having my scrub tumble out and down the drain. The Tree Hut scrub is super thick, so you can absolutely tip it upside down to get out any excess water, but it’s not so thick that it’s hard to manage. The texture is perfect. It leaves my skin feeling clean and soft and smelling good. It really is worth all the hype the TikTok girlies give it.
