NYX Has Blessed Us With An All-In-One Brow Miracle

My love of brow products is no secret. My face is simply not complete without a well turned brow. Even with a pared down makeup routine, I will use multiple brow products. Lately I like to set them with this, then fill in with this, then depending on how I’m feeling I may refine and polish with this. You can of course use one or zero products on your eyebrows, but I get the look I want with two or three. That is, I DID. Then I discovered a one step wonder.

I got the shade cool blonde, but I think I could also use cool ash brown.

NYX Thick It Stick It Thickening Brow Gel Mascara is all my preferred brow products in one. It sculpts, it tints, it thickens, all in just a few swipes of one product. All that AND it’s got incredible staying power, boasting a 16 hour wear time. I’m typically not wearing makeup for 16 straight hours, but if I was in a situation where I needed my brows to last past my bedtime, this is the product I’d reach for.

The brush is small enough that you can work delicately and not end up with brow gel all over your face, but large enough that a few swipes in a hurry still gives you great shape and color payoff. I use the spoolie to brush all my brow hairs upward, then use the brush very lightly to fold my topmost sitcky-uppy hairs over so I don’t look like a cartoon character that was just electrocuted. All this is done with ONE product!

My other favorite brow gel, Essence Make Me Brow, is pretty comparable in terms of tint, but it will not work as a brow glue or other type of shaping product. Ditto Benefit’s Gimme Brow (my favorite before I discovered that Essence is a virtually identical product but costs $3), or any of the other myriad brow gels I have tried in my life. It’s why I was using multiple brow products! That is, until I found NYX Thick It Stick It, which is truly a game changer.
