Wear: Bombas Gripper Slippers
These slippers are fantastic. They’re like little booties, but socks, but slippers. They’re perfect for someone like me who has perpetually cold feet from September to May, and the grippers on the bottom aren’t SO grippy that you can’t wear them on the couch under a blanket (I was worried they’d like, get stuck on my blankets and be a huge nuisance, but they’re minimal). And the best part? They’re machine washable. How many times have I wished I could just throw my slippers in the wash? A LOT OF TIMES. I may get a second pair, so I don’t have to be without them when they’re having a bath.

I watched a lot of things this week, all of which were disappointing. The Brittany Murphy doc? Offensive and boring, somehow. The Gwen Shamblin doc? Did not explain her baffling fashion evolution to any degree of satisfaction, and that’s all anyone is wondering about! Midnight Mass? Good performances BUT distracting, unnecessary old age makeup and ableism (I kept announcing to my empty house, “WHY does Mike Flannagan LOVE ableism??” Related: ‘Tis the season of me shouting from the rooftops how ableist and ignorant Hush is). The best thing I watched this week was TikTok, specifically this video (video? This is CINEMA) I have watched approximately 15 times in the past three days.

Want: Cheese Dome
It’s a cheese dome, it’s a cake stand, it’s already on my Black Friday shopping list. Am I working my way to having the entire French kitchen line in my home? PROBABLY YEAH. But oooh my cakes are going to look sweet under this classy lil’ dome.
